THE
FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE ONLY VALID FOR INTERNET (WEB) ORDERS.

Customers may be required to complete a credit application or fax copies of
identification for security purposes to have orders approved.
Byte
& Floppy Computers Inc. uses a Verisign “SSL” (Secured Sockets Layer) which
provides data encryption, server authentication, and message integrity.
Warranties
· All warranties
are manufacturer’s warranties from the date of purchase. Please contact the
manufacturer for complete warranty information. Warranty contact information is
included with products, if the contact is not available please check our
Manufacturer Support List or contact us at mattw@bfcomp.com.
· Extended
warranties are available for most products, please request more information from
mattw@bfcomp.com.
Terms and
Conditions
· In the event a
product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in
pricing information received from our suppliers, Byte & Floppy shall have
the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the
incorrect price. Byte & Floppy shall have the right to refuse or cancel
such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card
charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your
order is canceled, Byte & Floppy shall immediately issue a credit to your
credit card account in the amount previously charged.
· All Sales are
final.
· Newly purchased
products found defective (DOA) can be returned for repair or replacement (at
Byte & Floppy’s choice) by completing a return merchandise authorization
(RMA) form.
· An electronic RMA
form must be completed within 10 days from the date of invoice.
· Returns are not
allowed without a valid RMA number.
· After submitting
the RMA form, an accepted RMA request will e-mailed along with an RMA
number.
· Merchandise must
be shipped to Byte & Floppy within five days of receiving an RMA
number.
· Shipments must be
pre-paid.
· RMA numbers must
be referenced on the shipping label.
· Products returned
must be in like-new condition other than the defect. Product marked, scratched
missing manuals, missing accessories, and/ or UPC code will not be accepted and
returned to customer.
· Products returned
and found not defective will be returned and a $60 handling fee will be
charged.
· New unopened
products may be returned within 10 days from the date of invoice for a 25%
restocking fee.
· Shipping and
handling are non-refundable.
· Sales tax applies
to all sales within California.
Payment Terms
· We accept the
following credit cards: VISA, MC, and AMEX.
· We do not accept
COD orders.

Shipping Policies
· An e-mail
notification will be sent on all orders placed with actual or estimated
shipping.
· We ship by UPS
and FedEx.
· If there are any
damages due to shipping, please immediately contact the shipping carrier. The
customer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier. The
carrier may request to inspect the damaged goods and shipping box before
accepting the claim. Byte & Floppy can assist you in filing a claim.
· If there are many
missing items in your shipment, please notify us within 3 days from receipt to
be eligible for a claim.
· For credit card
orders, we can only ship to your credit card’s billing address.
· We can not ship
outside the United States.
· We can not ship
to P.O. boxes except to FPO/APO (military) destinations.
